Charbao bakes: Earl Grey Lychee Tarts

Tart Recipe from the fruit tart recipe:


Earl Grey Cream: 

1 cup of milk

3 bags of Earl Grey Tea (Twinings)

A pinch of salt

2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch

1/4 cup of sugar

1 egg

2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

1 cup of whipping cream

Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks. Add in the pastry cream and whip till completely smooth. Take the finished cream and pipe into the tart! Add fresh peeled lychees on top!
